Magda Khalifa, President

Magda brings over 25 years of professional experience and spearheading leadership to the organization.

Khalifa spent the early years of her career in information technology for Fortune 500 companies throughout the New York City metropolitan area. Shortly after the September 11, 2001 attacks she left her lucrative career to join the military and fight the enemy. She enlisted in the only U.S. Army Reserve special operations unit, the US Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command. Khalifa volunteered twice for next available rotations in support of the Global War on Terror, serving combat tours in Iraq. She served as a CAT-A Team Sergeant and Team Leader, conducting civil reconnaissance and key leader engagements with tribal leaders in the volatile and congested Diyala province, an area marred by complex and coordinated enemy attacks.

Upon transition from the military, Khalifa served as an adviser in the establishment of the U.S. Navy’s first civil affairs command, where she contributed to the development of charter policies and training/readiness programs to prepare teams for successful integration into joint and special operations deployments. She received recognition from the U.S. Navy for design of cumulative training exercise to evaluate mission readiness. She then worked in the defense industry as a New Business Manager for a leading provider of intelligence-based training and operational support. In 2012 she founded Asymmetric Solutions Group, LLC, a business solutions provider specializing in strategic consulting for small businesses. Concurrently, she served as a director on the governing and advisory boards of several military veteran non-profit organizations, and helped launched a “1 Million Cups” chapter, an interactive and educational forum for entrepreneurs.

While professionally functional, she quietly struggled with post-war transition and health issues. Khalifa succeeded in turning her life around, and shared her success path through the philosophical breakthrough, the Freedom Triangle (TM), introduced to the world in her 2019 bestselling memoir, “American DREAM: Discipline, Resilience, Endurance, Adaptability, and Mentorship to Succeed and Win in Life”. In 2020 she launched the first veteran owned luxury fragrance line, Triangle Fragrance, inspired by the Freedom Triangle, featuring masterpiece eau de parfums for men and women. Triangle Fragrance shares the power of the Freedom Triangle through unique Collectors Cards designed to guide people throughout their daily lives.

Khalifa graduated from Seton Hall University with a BS in Business Administration/Management Information Systems, and from American Military University with an MA in Asymmetric Warfare. She continues to lead, inspire, and serve people worldwide through speaking about the Freedom Triangle and through sharing proven examples of a no-excuses mindset, tenacity, and grit.
